We are honored to receive a grant from Dr. Phillips Charities in the amount of $124,000! The grant will support the Outdoor Social Engagement Area our Forever Home. This investment will expand inclusive, hands-on training opportunities and strengthen pathways to independence and social connection for our program participants.

The grant funding will support the creation of a covered pavilion and animal-watering station for job training and socialization opportunities.

The Special Hearts Farm “Special Animals for Special Hearts,” is a Non Profit 501(c) 3 organization and serves individuals with disabilities and unique abilities by providing adult day training, supported employment, and possible entrepreneur business opportunities related to farming and gardening experiences.
